Today, I started out my day with a big welcome on our company zoom call from all other district managers and the Vice President of our territory. After the zoom call, I switched gears and dove into my prospecting outreach for the day. Our goal is always 50 calls a day, and at least 20 of them done by lunch, which is at 1pm. So this morning, I worked on getting 20 calls or texts out to my hot leads, or people who have expressed interest but haven’t been sold a membership yet, new leads, and untouched leads. For the next 30 calls, I will work through the follow ups list that Club-Os creates for me. After lunch, I work on cleaning the club. I do things like dust the cardio equipment, disinfect all of the equipment, and sweep, mop, and vacuum. After that I go out and market the gym within the community. Today, I went to five chamber of commerce businesses and offered 14 day trial passes to the employees of those businesses. After I got back, I worked through the rest of my calls until about 5pm. After that, I worked on my delinquency outreach. I sent mass text messages to everyone on the delinquency list and then called the ones who are 30-60 days behind on payments. At about 6pm, I went through and made sure everything on the floor was stocked like disinfectant, paper towels, and fit wipes. Then, from 6:30 until I left at 7 I went through and audited all my work for the day so I can submit my end of day form.
