One of the most recently acquired clubs in our territory is Ashland, Kentucky. The manger is super bubbly and fun and she is absolutely crazy about helping people. She has amazing sales rates and she seems to have some of the best relationships with her members. She has been one of the stand out employees that I have noticed since partaking in our company wide zoom calls. Another stand out employee that I have noticed is the general manager in Urbana, Ohio. He has been so kind to me and helping me succeed. He definitely has my success in mind as well as his own. Ashley, our district manager, went on vacation for two weeks. She just left on Monday. Our vice president, Whitney, has been helping in situations where I need guidance. Of course, she is still doing her normal vice presidential duties so she is extremely busy and can’t always help in a timely manner. Adam, the gm in Urbana, is the only person in my district who has been a gm longer than me, so he has a little bit more insight than I do. He can also help in a more timely manner when I have certain issues. We have used this time to get a lot closer, and he has helped me grow a ton. He is the one district manager who has had the most impact on me since starting in this position. The last star employee I have noticed is definitely Ashley. She is so supportive and helpful. She truly supports me, not only in my success within the position, but also she shows that she cares about how I am doing in school and always asks me how it is going and if my work/life balance is okay.
