This week I am really trying to focus in on the flow of my daily structure. We are provided a daily structure to work by everyday to make sure we get all of our tasks done, so I am trying to focus on learning it and adapting it to me and what will bring me the most success. For example, from 10-10:30am I am supposed to clean the bathrooms and take out the trash to get the club “tour ready”. But, I also like to dust the cardio equipment and vacuum by the front door because when I take prospects on tours, they see the front door first thing, and cardio is often super popular, so I like for those to both look nice for tours. Since my club is so busy everyday, the cardio gets dusty fast, so I adapted this time and I clean first thing in the morning from 10am-11am. From 11-1 I am supposed to work on making prospecting calls, which is exactly what I do. I have to have at least 20 calls out by the time I go to lunch so I work on those, I usually get a few more than 20 out first thing because that sets me up for success later in the day. Once I get back from lunch, I do some more in depth cleaning, depending on what needs done that day. Sometimes I will dust the pin weighted machines, clean the big purple turf area, clean the floor in the studio or the free weight area, or sweep the floors in the bathroom and member lobby. Whatever needs done that day, I do from 2-3. From 3-4 is the time I spend marketing. My marketing plan has something different in store everyday, sometimes its offering trial passes to businesses in the community, sometimes I check my raffle boxes, and sometimes I put up yard signs or place QR codes. It varies from day to day. Then from 4-4:30 is the time I spend doing customer service items, like returning missed member calls or handling problems that members have. From 4:30-7 there is a variety of things like delinquency outreach, finishing prospecting outreach, and some self evaluation time. I spend this time to finish prospecting outreach, do my delinquency outreach, and hang out with some members to try to get to know them more. I think I will find myself to be more successful following my own variations of the daily structure.
