So today, I was introduced to my very own assistant manager! It was a really exciting day to finally have my own assistant manager. This time so far has proven that this is a 2 person job, and I am super excited to have someone support me towards goals. Her name is Morgan, and I won’t lie I was kind of nervous at first because she is a little bit older than me and sometimes it scares me to be in charge of someone who is older than me, but it’s going to be alright because I am the manger and she is here to support me in whatever I need help with. When I was the assistant manger, I was in charge of primarily cleaning and delinquency, so that’s what makes the most sense to me for her to be in charge of, but I am open to working with her as to what she wants to focus on in the club. She has gone through quite a weight loss journey herself, so I think she will be really good at educating and motivating members and new prospects, so I will have to keep that skill in mind for sure. Besides that, I don’t really know a ton about her. She is from Celina, which I am not so I don’t know many people, but I think we will be able to use that as an advantage to. People know her and they know she has results, so she will bring in some good business. I am mostly excited to just have someone there supporting me in my day to day operation. Of course, I have my district manager, but I only talk to her once or twice a day, so when I am in a lull or need some extra motivation to get through the day on a positive note, I am hoping Morgan can be that for me.
